Refund Policy

At EvoRx, LLC., we are dedicated to providing professional sports performance, recovery, and rehabilitation services. To maintain fairness and consistency for all clients, we have established the following policy:

  1. Payment Due at Booking

    1. All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

    2. Appointments will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

  2. All Sales Are Final

    1. All payments for services, sessions, memberships, and packages are non-refundable. - Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

    1. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 1 hour notice.

    2. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than [insert timeframe] notice will be charged the full price of the service booked. No credits or refunds will be issued.

  4. Packages & Memberships

    1. Prepaid packages and memberships are non-transferable and must be used within the designated time period.

    2. Any unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited without refund.

  5. Exceptional Circumstances

    1. In the event services cannot be provided due to provider cancellation, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive credit toward future services.

  6. Refunds will not be issued.

 

By booking services with EvoRx, LLC., you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Payment Policy.
